Microelectronic manufacturing is not always easy. Many times the parts are needing to be precise and miniature which not every machine shop is set up for. Luckily for us at Grovtec Machining we are set up to handle small micro parts. We manufacture a high mix of low volume micro parts as well as high volume production runs to help support every step of the process.
If you have complex miniature machining needs you can trust in our swiss CNC department. The machines are equipped with high pressure coolant and a 7mm channel to help feed and support smaller diameter bar stock more effectively.
For low complex and high volume usage parts we have developed custom liners for our automatic screw machines to help support smaller bars to be ran through our multi spindle screw machine departments. Having multiple bars running at the same time allows us the ability to take on high volume production work such as custom fittings, fasteners and dowel pins. We also use lot control right at the machines so that if a part goes out of tolerance it gets caught online and segregated from the good production eliminating any escapes from our facility. This is one of the many requirements to keeping our AS9100 certification and ultimately keeping our customers satisfied.
